MTW Wire (UL 1015 Machine Tool Wire)
UL 1015 hook-up wire combines a copper conductor with PVC for appliance leads, control cabinets and electronic equipment. The base AWM style is identified for 600V and 105°C service, with additional product markings evaluated separately. The insulated conductor supports organized routing and color identification within the equipment assembly. Gauge, stranding and color options allow equipment builders to match the wire to their circuit and termination requirements. This family serves OEM production, harness assembly and maintenance work where the specified appliance wiring construction is required.
