14 AWG – 1111 MCM · 20 sizes 2kV 90C STRANDED EPR

DLO (Diesel Locomotive) cable combines flexible stranded copper conductors with a thermoset insulation and protective jacket system for demanding power connections. The 2kV, 90°C family supports locomotive wiring, motor leads, industrial equipment and other applications specifying DLO cable. The insulation system uses EPR conductor insulation with a separate CPE outer jacket, providing distinct electrical insulation and external protection layers. The flexible conductor arrangement assists routing around equipment and through connection areas. Conductor size, stranding, termination compatibility and any additional RHH/RHW-2 or tray markings determine the appropriate cable for the project.

Tape separator between conductor and insulation (all sizes except 14 AWG)
Insulation: ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR), rated 90°C wet or dry
Jacket: black heavy-duty CPE thermoset per ICEA S-95-658 / NEMA WC-70
Temperature range: −40°C to +90°C
Minimum bend radius: 6× overall diameter (fixed installations)
