Product Overview
Class K welding cable is a standard, highly flexible single-core cable featuring multiple strands of 30 AWG bare copper, engineered for reliable connections to welding machines, electrodes, ground clamps, and automated welding heads. Rated for 600V and temperatures up to 105°C, this cable is insulated with abrasion- and oil-resistant EPDM synthetic rubber, providing excellent durability against oils, greases, solvents, and harsh environments. Available in a range of colors for easy circuit identification, Class K welding cable is suitable for use as battery cable, secondary voltage resistance welding leads, and portable power supply connections. Larger sizes can be installed in conduit or trays for heavy-duty industrial applications. We also offer custom cam lock assemblies with Class K welding cable, delivering secure, quick-connect solutions for temporary power and event power distribution. UL and CSA listed, this cable ensures dependable performance and long service life in demanding conditions.
