Type NMD90

Type NMD90 nonmetallic-sheathed cable combines insulated copper circuit conductors with a grounding conductor and an outer sheath for building wiring in permitted dry locations. This 300V cable family uses 90°C-rated conductor insulation and is commonly specified for residential and commercial lighting, receptacle and equipment circuits. Multiple conductor arrangements support different branch-circuit layouts, while conductor size and cable identification help match the assembly to the building design. The selected construction and local installation requirements establish allowable wiring methods, circuit loading and termination conditions.
