Class M

Class M welding cable features a highly flexible, fully annealed stranded bare copper conductor made up of fine 34 AWG strands, delivering superior flexibility and durability for demanding welding and power applications. Encased in a rugged thermoset EPDM or Neoprene jacket—often in high-visibility orange for added safety—this cable is engineered to withstand abrasion, oils, chemicals, and harsh environments. Rated for up to 600V, Class M welding cable is UL and CSA listed, making it suitable for use as battery cable, secondary voltage resistance welding leads, and power supply connections. Larger sizes (1/0 AWG to 500 MCM) can be installed in conduit or trays for hoists, cranes, and other heavy-duty industrial applications.
