Constructed with high strand count, soft annealed flexible stranded tinned copper conductors per IEEE 1580 Table 11, each triad is twisted with a bare tinned drain wire and shielded with polyester-backed aluminum foil tape for 100% coverage, providing superior pair-to-pair isolation and overall shielding. The flame-retardant, cross-linked polyolefin insulation and arctic grade thermosetting jacket deliver exceptional resistance to oil, abrasion, chemicals, sunlight, and severe cold (exceeds CSA cold bend/cold impact at -40/-35°C). Pair color code is black-white for easy identification.
