Quadruplex Service Drop Costena XLPE
Costena quadruplex service drop cable combines 3 insulated 1/0 AWG aluminum phase conductors with a bare 1/0 AWG ACSR neutral messenger. The phase conductors have 19 strands and the messenger has 6/1 aluminum/steel stranding. This overhead utility service assembly uses XLPE phase insulation and is rated 600V phase-to-phase with a 90°C maximum conductor temperature. The construction is identified by its conductor arrangement and electrical designation, helping utility and project buyers match the cable to the required distribution system and connection hardware.
